Step Into Your Power - Stop Playing Small

As a leader and a coach, I help men in their 20s and 30s who feel they are not living the life they want, to define their mission and purpose, and step into their potential.

A sense of mission and purpose better prepares individuals to lead from an authentic sense of self, withstand life's twists and turns and evolve quickly in a fast changing world.

I support men in developing their self-awareness and three distinct qualities:

Authentic Leadership

My own personal growth work has always been about finding my center, adapting on the fly, and learning how to bounce back again and again from perceived setbacks.  I am fiercely devoted to my own evolution and have been actively involved in shadow work, circling, emotional resiliency, and leadership development since 2013.

Life Coaching for Transitions and Growth

The foundation of my coaching is based around supporting people's emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.  People benefit most when all these aspects of our humanity are being addressed and developed.  I provide a safe space, and am committed to supporting you on your own Hero's Journey.

I pull from my experience and education with Integral Theory, the iPEC Energy Leadership Coaching Program, and the ManKind Project.

In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I host workshops and classes for people who are interested in examining their life, exploring consciousness evolution, and discovering new ways of thinking, doing and being.

These 1-on-1 sessions provide the deepest dive into the process of designing the life you want.  I believe that you have all the answers you need inside of you, and my job is to support and challenge you to discover them within.  Call now to schedule a session.

These group focused workshops are intended to educate and explore the many different aspects of being human. Topics covered include Shadow Work, Archetypes, Mission, Emotional Literacy, and Integral Theory.

“Everything can be taken from a person but one thing: the last of the human freedoms — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
